Fitness Finder is an online marketplace platform that connects customers with independent fitness providers within their local area. Whether you're looking for a personal trainer, football coach, goalkeeping coach, yoga instructor, or any other fitness professional, Fitness Finder makes it easy to find, compare, and book the services that suit your needs — all in one place.
Our mission is to make fitness more accessible, flexible, and convenient by bringing together a wide range of providers across multiple disciplines, so that finding the right fitness professional is straightforward for everyone.
Browse and search for fitness providers in your area, view their profiles, compare services and pricing, and book sessions directly through the platform. Payments are handled securely through the platform, so everything is managed in one place.
Fitness Finder gives independent fitness professionals and businesses a platform to reach new customers, manage bookings, and grow their services. Providers create a profile, list their services and availability, and connect with customers looking for exactly what they offer. Providers running a team can invite managers or staff to help manage bookings through their own provider hub, with access tailored to each person's role.
Discover fitness providers across a broad range of disciplines, including personal training, strength and conditioning, yoga and Pilates, sports coaching, boxing and martial arts, swimming, cycling, dance, athletics, and more.
Providers are required to submit qualifications, certifications, insurance documentation, and supporting materials during registration. Fitness Finder may review this documentation as part of the onboarding process. However, we do not independently verify the authenticity, completeness, or ongoing validity of all information provided, and we do not guarantee its accuracy. Customers should satisfy themselves that a provider meets their individual requirements.
Book and pay for sessions directly through the platform. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Compare providers based on their services, experience, pricing, and customer ratings to find the right fit for you.
Customers can leave ratings and reviews following completed sessions, helping others make informed choices. Providers are also able to build their reputation on the platform over time.
Sessions can be delivered in person at a location that suits you — giving you the flexibility to train in a way that fits your lifestyle. For ongoing support, selected providers also offer Online Coaching — subscription-based remote coaching with regular check-ins, workout and nutrition plans, and progress tracking, with some coaches offering in-person 1-1 sessions as part of your package.
Join group classes, workshops, and one-off events hosted by providers — including discounted and bring-a-friend tickets on selected events.
Providers on Fitness Finder are required to hold relevant qualifications and certifications, maintain appropriate public liability and professional indemnity insurance, and comply with all applicable laws and professional standards. Providers working with individuals under 18 are required to hold a valid enhanced DBS check.
While Fitness Finder sets these requirements and may review documentation submitted by providers, we operate as a marketplace platform and do not supervise, direct, or control the delivery of any session. All services are delivered independently by providers, who are solely responsible for the services they provide, including safety, supervision, and outcomes.

Fitness Finder operates solely as an online marketplace and does not provide fitness training or coaching services. Any contract for the provision of services is between the customer and the provider directly. Fitness Finder is not a party to that contract and does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or the quality of any service delivered.
